Sometimes healthier doesn’t mean it has to taste bad. Everything at Bright Eyes Bakery is made gluten free to allow those with restrictions to enjoy some real yummy goodies too! Although this is the only food restriction that we have been working with right now, we would love to make goodies to allow everyone to enjoy the delights of the baked goods world!

Everything is made to order and does not sit around in a shop till you pick it from a shelf. Once I know what you need, I will ensure I have everything ready to go and won’t begin baking until the day of or the day before your order is needed. This maximizes freshness!

Want to save some for later? Everything will freeze! If properly wrapped and stored, any of the items can be kept for several weeks in the freezer!
